You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation of the store. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

All orders are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or fraud is suspected. Where an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing error we will contact you before dispatch with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify and its approved gateways.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. Full details are set out in our Shipping Information page.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

All content on this site — including the SLIM Blvd name, logo, product imagery, copy, designs and code — is owned by or licensed to SLIM Blvd and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written consent.

By submitting reviews, photos or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our brand. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe the rights of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLIM Blvd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
