Inside Our Fabric Development Process

From mill sample to final knit — how a SLIM Blvd fabric earns its place in the collection.

Every fabric starts as a swatch and ends as a wear test. In between are opacity checks, stretch recovery measurements and dozens of wash cycles.

We test each knit under load — squats, lunges, floor work — under studio lighting that shows everything. If a fabric sheers, it goes back to the mill.

Only after a fabric survives ten washes with no pilling, fading or loss of recovery does it move into production.
